Congratulations on your engagement and intention to enter into the beautiful Sacrament of Matrimony! In speaking of marriage, Pope St. John Paul II said: “Love that leads to marriage is a gift from God and a great act of faith toward other human beings.” We are blessed that you have decided to make this act of faith in one another at Our Lady of Ransom.
Fr. John Szmyd, our associate pastor, will be the first point of contact with you in your journey to this sacrament. To prevent potential confusion, we are only able to speak to the bride or groom. If you are a family member of a couple who is engaged, please ask them to reach out to us.
Until your initial meeting with a member of the clergy, we cannot guarantee specific dates.
