Baptism

"Holy Baptism is the basis of the whole Christian life, the gateway to life in the Spirit" (CCC 1213). Are you looking for a community in which to begin your child's journey into the Faith? At Our Lady of Ransom, we would love to accompany you and your child on this amazing adventure into a personal relationship with Jesus. Baptism at Our Lady of Ransom is a family affair, and we respect the parents' role as the primary instructors of the faith. We are here to support you. 

Because of the importance of this sacrament and the busyness involved in being a parent, we encourage you to fill out the form below before your child is born. Please reach out to us no less than two months prior to the date that you are requesting. Baptisms take place on the 2nd & 4th Sundays of the month, beginning at 1:30pm.

If you're interested in having your child baptized at Our Lady of Ransom you can begin simply by filling out the form below. Once you submit the form, someone will reach out to you to begin the process. While we realize that family members have a desire to assist parents, it is important that we work directly with the mother and father.
